Casa Las Brisas,
469 steps to the sands of Sayulita beach in the front of Don Pedro's restaurant. Located on the top portion of a half-acre lot. Casa Las Brisas is positioned to take advantage of the beautiful views of Bahia de Sayulita. Soft ocean breezes are common and welcome, especially during the summer months. (And at 50 feet above sea level it is above tsunami range). Large Mango trees and lush gardens provide jungle surroundings and privacy. Iguanas are often seen gorging themselves on mangos in the summer months. All rooms face the ocean. From the master bed it is not necessary to rise to assess the surf conditions. Rise and surf or go back to sleep. Even the bathroom showers take advantage of the ocean views. Casa las Brisas is not located on Gringo Hill and is in a quiet location only several minutes walk from el Centro and the beautiful white sand beaches. A short walk away from town through a jungled road will take you to Playa De Los Muertos, which is a small beach slightly west of town.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upstairs level provide separation and privacy from the spacious indoor/outdoor living room and patios located on the main level. Living areas comprise approximately 2500 square feet. The master suite is crowned with a palapa roof, which is common to this area of Mexico. Newly remodeled and added on to in 2005, Eliot Diamond, the internationally known architect, created designs for Las Brisas. Fully secure with artful iron windows and doors. Most windows have glass should it be necessary to close them when the rain falls sideways, as it can in the summer. |
